Is anything being said these days about an Indian Tribe buying San Pablo ?

In 12/98 a lot of talk was going around that a landless tribe from the Santa Rosa area wanted to buy the San Pablo Casino add video machines and have Ladbroke run it for the Tribe. I think it was the Lytton Tribe.
