Pocketing the difference between the actual postage ($1.29) and the amount you charged ($16.65) put you at risk of negative feedback, which you got, because your reputation isn't worth much to you. And because of that, your reputation on this board has tanked, and you are unable to get the information you are asking for. Perhaps if you cleared up this matter, you would have less trouble.

Your kneejerk reaction will be "But you got what you paid for." The fact is, I didn't, since you didn't send them in nine different envelopes. Your reaction to that will be "It makes no sense to ship them that way," which ought to give you a clue that it makes no sense to charge for it and not deliver on it. You're just too stupid to understand or explain why you're not making good on that deal, when you've changed your current eBay policy to actually combine (and refund excess) shipping charges. The impression you're leaving is "I was a crook then, but I'm not now" which people tend to have a hard time believing.
