Gee, I'm confused.
I know that some older metal tokens were also called jetons.
Below is a scan of one that is about half the size of a regular chip and says "JETON" on it. It is about 25mm across.
But does that mean that the acrylic/plastic/bakelite/etc. round colorful items from Europe with or withou a lunette are NOT jetons???

One side: "S.B.M./LOEWS 2 JETONS TOKEN".
Other side: "S.B.M./LOEWS MONTE-CARLO CASINO".
