I think it will be quite some time before they can get this project done. The plan was to build a new off ramp from Freeway US 50 to provide access to the property because it is currently land locked but the County (El Dorado County) took them to court and got the Environmental Impact Report done by the state declared invalid. I would assume that it will be a year or more before they can get past this problem. I'm sure the County will have new issues if they solve this one.
