I use Virgin Mobile. No contract, I just have to add at least $20.00 every month to maintain my Tel. #. Rates are .25 a minute for the 1st 10 minutes of each day, then .10 a minute thereafter. I can add money to my phone either through the phone itself, the Website www.virginmobileusa.com or by Pre-paid card.

I've used my phone from MA, NJ to LV and never had any problems. Virgin Mobile has a very wide National range.
