I collect sales tax in 2 states. Not only do I have the exact problems that you do, I have to keep current copies for tax exempt entities. I Then I have to file in one state monthly while the other state is quarterly.
In N.Y. sales tax is charged by the county the work is done in.......More headaches as you have to break the form down by county. Don't you just love it
