Each chip that I list on eBay is the chip in the picture. While I may have many duplicates of a particular chip, I always scan the one for sale and post it with the auction description. As has been mentioned, most sellers guarantee satisfaction even if they don't specifically express it in their ad. If you aren't happy with a chip that you've received, by all means contact the seller and see if they'll work something out with you.
