Hi Terry. The only box of them that I know of is the box of 100 that I bought from the daughter of the ships' owner, Tony Carnero, in 1985. Her name was Mrs. Vick and lived in San Rafael, CA. We have them listed in TCR-10, P. 335, at (M) value, to distinguish them from the L.V. S.S. REX, which Carnero also owned. Carnero's real name was Anthony Strella.
