No. An air-tight isn't permanently sealed.

Also, when you hear complaints about slabbing, the biggest problem is the "grading". The companies that want to slab chips want to grade them first...but won't release their grading standards to the hobby, and the people who would do the grading aren't chip experts.

We don't need 'em, and most of us don't want 'em.
