You points about Freedom of Speech and how it applies to the ChipBoard are well stated and I agree with you. It is unfortunate how you were lead into making your post. I think that the best way to respond to inappropriate posts on this board, is to ignore. The posters want attention. That is why they make their inappropriate statements. By responding to them, they get what they want, some attention. If we can ignore them, hopefully that will wither and go away.
