I hardly ever see chips like that -- generic design on one side and monogram on other side. At the convention I picked up two chips like yours --
blue chip and yellow chip -- T on one side and fleur de lis on reverse.

Common to see different monogram on each side.

Here are some unusual inlays in one picture (both sides of each chip is shown). Note the nice white crest and seal with the fancy "B" on one side and a moosehead on the reverse. ... ... ... There is also the blue BPOE with a number "50" on the reverse.
