This is a tough crowd.

It's an expression of friendship, you don't actually have to drink it but it is still considered rude in some parts of the country to toss it back into the face of the person who offered it.

What I meant was that you assume that I have never sat on a board of a non profit organization and had my motives questioned and my ethics held up to public ridicule.
