I suppose Marion doesn't sell chips to Nevada, Atlantic City casinos, etc.,so I guess threating them with complaints to gaming regulators and loss of license won't do any good?

One sliver lining to all of this is that new collectors will be "forced" to join chip clubs, read chip bulletin boards and buy chip books and guides to protect themselves.
