I'm not really sure. Each stack has TEN peices! I got them from another collector who got them from someone else. There aren't enough to do anything with and they are housed in a modern plastic see- through container, although they do not appear to be plastic; bakelite/catalinite (?).

They appear to be well made and are in pretty good shape. They have been used but for what I don't know!
