Well I hear you say it's a scam, but what exactly IS the scam? Who would benefit?

I am in favor of a club location in Vegas but the one question that burns in my mind:

Has the memebrship voted to do this or is it upon the actions of a few that the idea was born?

Just the idea of having Gene Trimble and Steve Cutler make very nice contributions is enough to get a "yes" vote out of me.
