I had a Hootie chip, sold it on eBay to a guy at a music store on Broadway, in New York City.

They are out there, bunches of them.

My offer stands. The chips should be available in quantity in Vegas at Arizona Charlies at the the Gaming Times collectibles show this weekend. I don't know what Jim had them priced at, but the chip should be available there for $8-$10 each. Andy Hughes might have it too, on his webpage. ....I might just have to catch a redeye flight for a day or two this weekend.

I really don't want bad feelings about your problems with Jim to hurt his reputation. Until a reason is known for why you didn't receive your chips, again, I'll cover it if you want.
