I personally offer insurance , if it's not taken , and tracking fails ....well....

However , i state , on my ad for FEE BAY , that"Due to the limited qty produced of certain chips , they are next to impossible to replace if lost or stolen ....HOWEVER , if i have a nother one , and the claim paperwork for lost mail is all o.k. , i will ship another....if it's "FISHY" , i will offer to pay 1/2 of the replacement cost , and split the loss with the buyer
