Of course we need a building fund and noone is twisting your arm to donate.

I am not the best authority to answer this, but it does piss me off that some dealer would call it a "scam." They are certainly entitled to their opinion as to whether or not it is necessary. As to calling it a "SCAM", reduces them to scumbags.

Would you care to elaborate as to why they have determined it to be a "scam?"

The club having a building would give us a home. The club's library and archives would be there for all to see and use. I am sure there are many other uses.

If you read your club magazine, the building fund account balance is shown for all to see.
