he is a long time collector that is probably just expanding his collection. In an effort to "enlighten" him on pricing after (in my opinion) he paid too much for a chip on eBay, I offered to send him my old TCR #9. He very kindly informed me that he was very aware of chip prices and that he has been a collector for many years. He is a very pleasant person to deal with and if he has the money to purchase ALL the chips that he wants off of eBay, more power to him!! I certainly get disappointed when he beats me out of a chip that I want, but he obviously wants it more than I do!! Steve B
