Gene, It would seem to me that it would be very difficult to pass counterfeit chips in Las Vegas with all the security checks in place.

California, on the other hand, would appear to be a prime location to pass a bunch of $1,000 chips off at the cage. I've been at the cage when stacks of these chips were cashed in by players of Asian games. The cashiers don't seem to blink an eye. I feel rather intimated when I'm next in line and ask for my $49.00 or so.
