Verified win is in the gaming regs and cashing of chips for known patrons is also in the regs. If verified win was not an issue, why did Stupak bring a letter from an ex-employee of the Shoe.
I agree with you, the verified win is being used here to keep from cashing the chips for other reasons. Bob has 40 of these chips ($200,000). The LV Sun said last night that the Shoe had cashed $600,000 of these same chips yesterday for another poker player. I doubt the Shoe thinks Bob robbed Doyle.
There is more to this and we will get the real story from the poker players.
Bob might not be a real loveable guy, but he is one of the biggest betters at the Shoe.
BTW, I like Bob, I just can't figure out why.
