Although not actually a spider web, that's close enough to win.
When the weather warms here, the spiders start doin' all kinds of things. Their silk gets cought up in the breezes and for several weeks, you can actually see the silk flying around town.
About the same time the pine/fir trees are opening up and spewing their pollen out onto the breezes, adhering to the silk of the spiders.
In the second pic, on the right,you can see as the two combine to form a mosaque on the hood of my car. Notice the drivers side, a big breeze, which just went through here will clean it up. This is my temporary art.
