If the merger does go through will MGM Mirage or what ever the new company will be called have to dispose of one of the Detroit properties (MGM Grand or MotorCity)? I could be wrong but didn't the Michigan Gaming Control Board set a rule in regards to the Detroit casinos that prevented a licensee from holding more than one gaming license, this was to prevent anyone of the three from owning a monopoly over the others.
