There are two ebay sellers, scottro77 and captbanjo, who do an outstanding job of communicating what chip's up for auction, what casino and city it's from, what's the denomination, what issue was it,an whether it's obsolete - all in a short item header line. Another seller, bizerman, charges $1.85 shipping/handling for the 1st chip, then any more chips won during the same weekend get thrown in the package at no extra charge at all. Many other sellers already do a fine and fair job of "advertising", arranging for payments, status communication, feedback, and combined S&H (with One Notable Exception, of course!) but the ones few and far between who insist on making the transaction tougher will not get much, if any, repeat business, and the word spreads pretty efficiently about those types.
