I am primarily a buyer and agree with all except #10. I understand that sellers may withhold feedback until they are certain the item arrived safely. If it is damaged, or if the buyer is unreasonable, it may affect the type of feedback the seller wants to leave. I remember some threads many months ago on this subject and I understood the seller's point. Remember, this is a buyer's perspective. I just think that's reasonable.
