There's a spot on the website for emailing contact. Why not send off an email to and make sure the order is okay. I know they had to order because of the large amount of chippiers that ordered after may posts.

Mine were drop shipped to me, but I ordered 10. They come 5 to a box.

I've heard from others that they were notified that the boxes were on "back order"
