Last time I talked to Jim, it was on hold.
It turned out to be a much bigger job than he thought.
I was really looking forward to it as he has the original art fot a lot of the old Burt chips. You know, the "real" art, before the computer age.
I'm sure he will be out for the convention. Will get an update.
