Does anyone know what "WCS" hotstamp might stand for on a H&C chip? There are $25 and .25 dnominations. Also, a NEVADA mold chip with "INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLS" hotstamped on them. Sorry, no scan or pic at this time as they are just a description given to me by the seller. Thanks for any help.
