Unless they have changed this year, the buffets at Rio & Belaggio are our favorites. Among our favorite sit-down spots are Voo-Doo Room at Rio, Nines at Palms, Hugo's at Four Queens and anywhere at the Venitian. They are not cheap, but excellent dining.
