Yes, There are some resources for scans.
It's operated by the same chipper as runs this messageboard Greg Susong. A quick email to greg is all it will take. Most chippers wont mind you using scans for want lists and personal use. They will however, frown upon you utilizing their scans for ebay actions and website chip sales.
