I don't collect these super-chips, Bob, so haven't seen these. However, from the description it appears the error chip is missing one of the three sets of inserts. That would be a major error in my opinion, and it's hard to see how it made it out of the factory.

Maybe James will be able to give us a scan of it. He has, or at least has seen, many of the varities on the old chips.
