I always thought that wincard chips were NCV chips but at Excaliber they let me continue to play them just like Mark said. (NCV chips would have been taken after the first bet or exchanged for real chips) That means you are getting $15 worth of chips for $10. Can't beat that with a stick! Only thing you can't do is cash them in at the cage.
