A new feature in TCR #10 is 140 pages of "chip history" that lists the value codes for each chip from TCR #4-TCR #10. For example:

This section replaced the section that cross referenced the TCR # followed by the casino name...that section was approximately 70 pages.

There are a total of 3,967 new entries or new conditions listed in TCR #10.
