I have a question for some of you PayPal savvy guys or gals concerning changing my PP membership status. I was wondering how easy it is to switch from a personal account to preferred, and back again. I have a situation where I can not make a e-bay customer understand that I do not accept cc's(as I stated in the auction)and to cut this three week fiasco short, I was thinking of accepting his payment if I can switch back without too much trouble.
