My understanding is that the state has 2 types of card rooms. You refer to "mini-casinos", but I'm not familiar with that as a government listed term.
I'm aware that in 1997 Washington legislation allowed "house banked Cardrooms" to operate where as they don't have to just take a rake, such as in poker, but they can do Black Jack style as well.
I was referring to "card rooms" in general as opposed to "Tribal casinos".
Is the term "Mini-casino" a slang, or is this a term used in the legislation?
