Ease off, Mark. My original letter to eBay did not accuse you of wrong dealing, provided you were not in cahoots with "animalhouse." As I told you in my response to your post to me, my notification to eBay concerned what was on its face a sham offer--an offer that can only hurt our collecting hobby. Your second response to me indicated that you understood this and apologized for assuming something not stated in my letter.

For the benefit of the board, after "animalhouse" posted his $5,000 auction using the same pics as Mark had on his original offer, I sent a post to SafeHarbor, with a courtesy copy to Mark and a notice copy to "animalhouse." I received an Undeliverable response from my server as to animalhouses' address. Safeharbor also said that the address was not phony but was a type of hotmail address. You folks more knowledgeable than I in those kind of things may understand. In any event, Mark, as I originally said to you, restated here on the board, and repeat now, I don't have a problem with your sale. Others believe it improper to even use the word "casino" when describing chips that were never used in a casino. As long as you don't pass them off as legitimate casino chips, I don't think your sales are improper.

But I join John Benedict and others and urge you to stress in your future ads that these chips are "simulated casino" chips or fantasy chips.
