I use it - it's great - automatically get updates and virus-check while you sleep.

Pop ups are annoying - get the Google toolbar here for free:

http://toolbar.google.com/

And since you seem to be running DSL from Bell South out of Miami, a Firewall would be a very handy thing to have.
