The Jerome Hotel address is a drop for the Owl Club, which was a huge illegal in Calumet City, IL (across the street from Hammond, on Stateline Road).

This was the biggest illegal in the Chicago area at the time. I have more info squirreled away somewhere if anybody is interested.
