software message pop-up and take over the entire screen when visiting the chipboard?

Over the last few days this has started to happen more frequently. Wouldn't be so bad if it didn't take over your screen...can't kill it if I have other browser windows open...unless I don't mind loosing where I'm at.

If you don't kill your browsers right away it continues to launch new windows.

If anyone else is experiencing this please let me know, and if you found a fix, I'd appreciate it if you would pass it along!
