I asked two different people at Harrah's about a new $1 chip. The first one said they didn't make one. The second one said they didn't make one, but they were using the old white $1s in the poker room. She showed me one, and it looked like the old $1 to me. Both seemed quite knowledgable about the new rack, even pointing out the differences on the new $2.50. Considering there were still tokens on the craps tables, it all sounded plausible.

Well, as you can see, there really is a new $1. The first one is the old one, and the second is the new one.
