... even if the holder is not a snap shut, but permanently sealed. If the chips are not "graded", then I do not consider it a "slab" within the meaning of our dispute with the slabbing of chips. Just a fancy holder --- not unlike those used for other chip sets (e.g., some from the Palms).

I personally would have no problem with the mounting of these chips, ungraded, in a plastic display case of any kind, with or without "certificates of authenticity".
