We're not 100% certain that the chips will be "slabbed" in the true sense of the word.

Slabbing has always been done on an individual basis ... that is; one coin per encapsulated slab... which is then graded. I don't know of any multiple holed encapsulated slabs.

The chips may be simply housed in a specially made custom two-piece, 5-hole, cardboard center insert, snap holder ... with an accomanying certificate stating they are from the "Reno Hoard" ... which in my opinion does not constitute a slab. We'll have to wait and see what format the four chips and single gaming token are housed in before passing judgement.
