Bill did make some fun chips. This set of WC Fields chips has WC's different favorite sayings on the obverse of them. I though this one was ironic and maybe reflective of Bill's out look on the chip hobby. Maybe not, but it is still ironic.
In case you can not read the scan, it says:

"Anything worth having is worth cheating for."

To end this thread, I want to state that Bill did a lot of good for our hobby. He should be remembered for that also. I still refer to his Blue Book quite often, it was way ahead of its time. I hope a couple of you can save a few bucks from having this knowledge of BB chips. If you learn nothing else, never buy a Nevada or DiCard mold chip, without refering to your TCR. Then, still ask questions??? If you do not have TCR, What else can I say.
