I just found out from his wife that Ed Lowry died on May 1st in an accident during a fire in a hotel in Rome, Italy. I don't know how many people here knew Ed, but he recently joined the in December. He was also a new member of the Deep South Chip Collectors Club (Ed lived in Atlanta). I had never met him in person, but we exchanged numerous E-Mails & even talked for a while on the phone back in late March. Ed did a lot of traveling & was looking forward to doing more when he retired. Below is a link he sent me of pictures taken on his trip to Cuba last year. Andy - Las Vegas
