When I first began collecting I was invited over to Bill and Starr's apartment in Las Vegas to do some chip trading. Starr was VERY MUCH in control and had superior knowledge I thought. She was very pleasant, as was Bill, and we made some interesting trades. I was the guy that traded him the "Bugsy" Flamingo chips at a value of $15 each.........yes I got some nice chips for my collection but not the caliber of the ones I traded to him. This all happened 20 or more years ago, long before the "price explosions"....CASINORAMA is coming Saturday, October 23, 1999.....see you at Arizona Charlies this weekend....
