I thought I recognized the name John.
He posted info last year about the Resorts releases. I believe he was the one to post about 6 months ago about the rumored new rack of house chips at Resorts when they open the Tower. Which I guess is more than a rumor.

Beyond that, I know less than the average AC collector. Don't know if it's a new chip or old chip.
