Beats me....I had around 50 Emails when I got up. Please try again. I have both my desktop computers belly up. One will live, the other is going to dumpster. It is a Gateway piece of sh*t that has been nothing but a thorn in my side since I got it. I am tired of dealing with people that can't speak a language I can understand.

Ordered new Dell last night to replace it.

I am at the mercy of this Inspiron 1100, nice machine, but it is still a laptop.
