Travis, I don't see how you can possibly say:

Travis, We are not talking the same language if you think his calling them "casino chips" in the title of his ad is not "misleading."
(I even think it is misleading to have a fantasy "commemorative" Borland-type chip PICTURED in the ad all by itself with no descriptive text at all! For, the chip inlay says it all -- XYZ casino, Las Vegas Nevada, $100..........It is incumbent on him to clue people in; he can't let the chip "lie" for him.)
(There are a lot of side angles (Did he know they were never issued by a real casino? Does he know the difference between the terms "casino chip" and "poker chip"?), but they do not diminish the fact that the ad is false/misleading/unture/deceptive by virtue of the title.)
