You guys are still missing the easiest way to get chips anywhere. Just go to an empty blackjack table and give the dealer money and he will give you the chips you want. Just make sure that the table is empty and don't let him shuffle 6 decks for the shoe before you ask for the chips. Tell him you don't want to play but to just buy chips. These dealers are so bored that they actually enjoy the diversion as long as it doesn't distract them from the paying customers. As long as that table is empty you should have no problems.
