I've seen this on Martinique. Transactions took place at the hotel reception (front desk). Also at Jack Tar's on St.-Kitts. Since I've seen it more than once at both houses, it just might be customary with smaller casinos. I've seen some casinos in the FWI where there was just one wheel and one Bacc with no slots....... Bob, See what you can find out from the Ft. Lauderdale Lucayan office. I attended a gaming meeting in the Bahamas a few weeks ago where it was suggested by a few people from the UK that the casino isn't even on the drawing board. I also hear that London Clubs, Int'l. has plans on West End, on Grand Bahama. Used to be a Jack Tar property.
